Diligent pricing, based on listed sale price, is clear and fair.  The Diligent Inspector spends anywhere from two (2) to three (3) hours and longer if needed to perform a thorough inspection.  Diligent is just that, we are not in a rush! You are immediately provided with an on-site Inspection Summary.  Within twenty-four (24) hours you are provided with a Custom Inspection Report complete with color photographs. Diligent DOES NOT use generic computer generated reporting.  Each report while uniform in format, is unique to your home.
